Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Rinse the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a small bowl, mix the Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cauliflower florets in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and add the seasoning mix.
- Toss the florets until they are well coated in oil and seasoning.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until caramelized.
- Season with extra salt and pepper, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
