Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 20 oz cauliflower florets

The seasoning

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 dashes black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with the garlic and melted butter, then season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese to the cauliflower and stir to combine well.
  4. Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 30 minutes until almost tender and the cheese is crusty.
  5. Remove from the oven, top with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
