Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Toss the cauliflower florets with the garlic and melted butter, then season with salt and black pepper.
- Add the Parmesan cheese to the cauliflower and stir to combine well.
- Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 30 minutes until almost tender and the cheese is crusty.
- Remove from the oven, top with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
