Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- 2. Toss the sliced cauliflower with melted butter and olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.
- 3. Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 20-30 minutes until almost tender.
- 4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan and chopped parsley over the cauliflower.
- 5. Roast again for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes slightly crusty.
- 6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
