Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 8 oz. cauliflower florets, sliced horizontally

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
  2. 2. Toss the sliced cauliflower with melted butter and olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 20-30 minutes until almost tender.
  4. 4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan and chopped parsley over the cauliflower.
  5. 5. Roast again for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes slightly crusty.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
