Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Slice the cauliflower in half and remove the core and leaves, then cut into florets.
- Place the florets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, panko bread crumbs, and parsley.
- Lay the florets cut side down on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the cauliflower and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until melted and browned.
- Serve warm and enjoy the crispy bits from the baking sheet.
