Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
- Add olive oil and mix well to coat the florets.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
