Ingredients

The cauliflower

  • 1 large head cauliflower

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
  3. Add olive oil and mix well to coat the florets.
  4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
