Mixed Berry Puff Pastry Tarts

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
- 3. On a floured surface, roll the defrosted puff pastry into a 10"x14" rectangle.
- 4. Cut the pastry into 12 equal squares and place them on the baking sheet.
- 5. Wet the edges of each pastry square with water and pinch the corners to form walls.
- 6. Fill each pastry square with the berry mixture and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- 7. Bake the pastries for 20 minutes until golden and puffy.
- 8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
