Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Lightly mist 24 cups in a mini-muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Lay out the wonton wrappers and mist with cooking spray, then sprinkle with half of the powdered sugar.
- Flip the wrappers and mist the other side, sprinkling the remaining powdered sugar on top.
- Push each wonton wrapper into a slot of the mini muffin tray to form a cup.
- Bake the wonton cups for 8 minutes until brown and crispy.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the berries and stir to coat.
- Cook the berries uncovered for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Combine the corn starch and hot water in a small dish, then pour over the berries along with the sugar and stir to combine.
- Cover the saucepan and simmer the mixture on low heat for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Spoon the berry mixture evenly into the baked wonton cups and return to the oven for another 3-5 minutes.
