Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Combine strawberry halves with canola oil and salt in a bowl, then coat the strawberries.
- Spread the strawberries on a baking sheet and roast for 18-20 minutes.
- Cut Brie and dark chocolate into 15 equal pieces each.
- Place one piece of Brie and one piece of chocolate in each phyllo shell.
- Once strawberries are roasted, place one on top of each filled shell.
- Lower the oven temperature to 350°F and bake the filled shells for 10 minutes until melted.
