Ingredients

The tarts

  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon salt

Toppings

  • to taste fruit (e.g., raspberries, strawberries)
  • to taste flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the phyllo shells according to package directions.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave.
  3. Whisk in the heavy cream and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Fill the phyllo shells with the chocolate mixture and add desired toppings.
  6. Refrigerate for 90 minutes until solid.
