Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate and heavy cream together in a microwave or double boiler, stirring occasionally.
- Mix in the ground cinnamon, chili powder, and cayenne until well combined.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the chocolate mixture into each mini phyllo cup.
- Refrigerate or serve immediately, and top each cup with a dollop of whipped cream just before serving.
