Apricot Brie Tartlets

Ingredients

  • 15 count mini phyllo/fillo shells
  • 3 ounces light Brie cheese
  • 2 ½ tablespoons apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place the phyllo shells onto the foil.
  3. Cut the Brie cheese into 15 even cubes.
  4. Place a cheese cube into each phyllo shell.
  5. Top each cube with ½ teaspoon of apricot preserves.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
