Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a muffin tin.
- Place a puff pastry rectangle in each muffin cup.
- Add a teaspoon of jam and a wedge of brie to each pastry.
- Brush the pastry sides with melted butter.
- Mix pecan pieces and thyme with the remaining melted butter and spoon over the pastries.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving, garnishing with flaky salt if desired.
