Cranberry Brie Bites

Homemade cranberry sauce

fresh cranberries

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 24 squares.
- Press each square into the muffin tin.
- Cut the brie into 24 pieces and shape them into discs.
- Place a piece of brie in each muffin cup.
- Top each brie piece with cranberry sauce, pecans, brown sugar, and salt.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool in the pan for 2-3 minutes before serving.
