Cranberry Brie Bites

The puff pastry bites

puff pastry (10×10 inch, thawed)

Brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
Instructions
- Prepare the cranberry sauce by combining cranberries, orange juice, water, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan and simmering for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Roll out the puff pastry into an even square and cut out 48 circles using a biscuit cutter.
- Brush each pastry round with egg wash, then top half with cranberry sauce and a piece of brie.
- Cover with the remaining pastry rounds, pinch and crimp the edges, and prick with a fork.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the bites for 12 to 16 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
