Brie Bites

Brie cheese

Homemade Cranberry Sauce or jam of choice

flaky sea salt

finely chopped raw pecans

springs
fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and place the Brie in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Generously coat mini muffin pans with nonstick spray.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut it into squares, then press them into the muffin cups.
- Prick the bottom of each pastry square with a fork.
- Dice the Brie and place a piece in each muffin cup.
- Top each piece of Brie with cranberry sauce, salt, and pecans.
- Place the muffin pans on baking sheets and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a serving plate and garnish with rosemary.
