Brie Bites

Ingredients

The pastry

  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry

The filling

  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • 1 cup Homemade Cranberry Sauce or jam of choice
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • ½ cup finely chopped raw pecans
  • 4 springs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and place the Brie in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  2. Generously coat mini muffin pans with nonstick spray.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut it into squares, then press them into the muffin cups.
  4. Prick the bottom of each pastry square with a fork.
  5. Dice the Brie and place a piece in each muffin cup.
  6. Top each piece of Brie with cranberry sauce, salt, and pecans.
  7. Place the muffin pans on baking sheets and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a serving plate and garnish with rosemary.
