Cranberry Pistachio Baked Brie

The brie

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, water, and half of the orange zest. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3. While the sauce simmers, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the brie in the center.
- 4. Bake the brie for 10 minutes until melted and oozing.
- 5. Transfer the baked brie to a serving tray, top with the cranberry sauce, sprinkle with pistachios and remaining orange zest.
- 6. Serve immediately with crackers.
