Ingredients

The cheese

  • 1 8-ounce round brie cheese

The toppings

  • to taste honey
  • to taste chopped toasted pecans
  • to taste flaky sea salt
  • for garnish fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs

For serving

  • to taste sliced baguette
  • to taste crostini
  • to taste crackers
  • to taste apple slices
  • to taste grapes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the chilled brie on the baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until soft in the middle.
  3. Remove from the oven and carefully transfer to a serving dish.
  4. Drizzle generously with honey and sprinkle with chopped pecans and flaky sea salt, if using.
  5. Garnish with rosemary or thyme and serve with baguette, apple slices, and grapes.
