Baked Brie with Jam

Instructions
- If desired, make the sugared rosemary and cranberries for presentation.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and melt the butter.
- Lay a sheet of phyllo dough on the baking sheet and brush it with melted butter; repeat with 3 more sheets, overlapping them.
- Place the brie in the center of the phyllo sheets and add the red pepper jelly on top.
- Fold the phyllo sheets over the brie to create a parcel and brush with more melted butter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Let the brie sit for a few minutes, then lift it onto a serving plate.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and honey, and serve with crostini or crackers.
