Baked Brie with Fig Jam

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Make the egg wash by whisking together the egg and water in a small bowl.
- Place the thawed puff pastry sheet on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Center the brie on the pastry and spread fig jam on top.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Fold the sides of the pastry over the brie, sealing with egg wash.
- Trim excess pastry, leaving at least one inch around the brie.
- Crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush the outside of the pastry with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
- Drizzle with extra honey and serve.
