The cheese

  • 8 ounce Brie

The jam

  • ½ cup jam (such as hot pepper, apricot, or strawberry)

The toppings and serving

  • to taste nuts
  • to taste fresh fruit
  • to serve baguette slices or crackers

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or spray a small skillet or oven-safe dish with oil.
  3. 3. Add the brie and bake for 8 minutes.
  4. 4. Carefully remove from the oven and spread the jam on top of the brie.
  5. 5. Cook for another 6 minutes.
  6. 6. Top with desired toppings and serve with crackers or a baguette.
