Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Line a pie pan or baking sheet with parchment paper and place the unwrapped brie into the prepared dish.
- Drizzle the brie with olive oil and top with minced thyme.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the middle is soft and liquid feeling.
- Transfer the brie to a serving platter and serve immediately with a knife and toasted baguette or crackers.
