Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Mix 10 teaspoons of sugar with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon in a small dish.
- Lay out the wonton wrappers and mist with cooking spray, then coat both sides with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Press each wonton wrapper into the muffin tin to form cups and bake for 8 minutes until crispy.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the diced apples, cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Combine the remaining sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and water, then pour over the apples and simmer until thickened.
- Spoon the apple mixture into the baked wonton cups and return to the oven for another 3-5 minutes.
