Caramel Apple Pie Wonton Cups

Cinnamon Mascarpone Topping

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a large sauté pan, heat butter and add apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon; sauté for 7-10 minutes until apples are soft.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
- Add about ½ teaspoon of caramel sauce into each wonton cup.
- Place another wonton wrapper on top of the caramel sauce.
- Fill the wonton cups with a spoonful of apple pie filling.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the wonton wrappers are browned.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Top each wonton cup with a spoonful of the cinnamon mascarpone mixture.
