Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Spray 5 mini tart tins with cooking spray.
- Roll out the pie dough, cut out circles, and place each circle in the tartlet tins, pressing down on the bottom and sides.
- In a bowl, combine the apple slices, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, brown sugar, and water, and toss to coat.
- Distribute the apple mixture evenly among the tartlet tins.
- In another bowl, mix the chopped pecans, cinnamon, sugars, and melted butter until combined.
- Sprinkle the pecan streusel over each tartlet.
- Place the tartlets on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until the dough is slightly browned.
