Instructions
- Prepare the Perfect Apple Pie Filling and refrigerate it.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and adjust the oven rack to the lower-middle position.
- Mix flour, oatmeal, sugar, and cinnamon for the crumble topping, then stir in melted butter until combined.
- Unroll one pie crust on a baking sheet and add half of the apple filling, leaving a border.
- Fold the pie crust over the filling and sprinkle some crumble topping on the exposed filling.
- Repeat with the second pie crust, filling, and crumble topping.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and serve warm, optionally with ice cream.
