Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8 baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool.
- While the cake is baking, beat together the frosting ingredients until smooth.
- Once the cake has cooled completely, frost it with the cream cheese frosting.
