Greek Yogurt Smoothie with Strawberry Banana

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • ¾ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
  • as needed amount water or unsweetened almond milk
  • optional amount ice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except ice until smooth.
  2. Adjust thickness with ice or milk as needed.
  3. Taste and add more honey if desired.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
