hot sauce (or chili sauce)

Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken bouillon powder, ginger, garlic, white pepper, thyme, paprika, and green onions, then mix well and marinate for at least an hour.
- Heat oil in a large pan and brown the chicken for 3-4 minutes, then set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onions, garlic, thyme, hot sauce, paprika, brown sugar, browning sauce, ketchup, and bell peppers until onions are translucent.
- Add the reserved marinade and deglaze the pan with broth or water.
- Bring to a boil, return the chicken to the pan, cover, and simmer for about 25 minutes until cooked through.
- Adjust seasoning and serve with rice.
