Instructions
- Process rolled oats until small pieces remain, then add dates and process again.
- In another bowl, process almonds and peanuts until they turn to meal.
- Mix peanut butter with the nut meal, then add the date and oats mixture to form a dough.
- Scoop and form small balls, then freeze for 15 minutes.
- For the cookie shell, process dates until small pieces remain, then mix with oats, chocolate chips, and peanut butter.
- Scoop the no-bake shell mixture, flatten it, and place a PB center on top, then wrap the shell around it.
- Wet your hands slightly to help form the balls, then freeze again for 15 minutes.
