Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 24-cup mini muffin tin with liners.
- In one bowl, whisk together the flours, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the sugar, oil, and egg until fluffy and pale.
- Add the vanilla, almond extract (if using), yogurt, and milk to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, folding until just mixed, then gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tin and bake for 9-13 minutes until set.
- Let the muffins cool before serving.
