Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a muffin tin with nonstick spray or liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients and then stir in the chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Fill the muffin cups about ⅔ full and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
