Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until combined.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently to avoid overmixing.
- Fill the muffin liners to the top with batter.
- Bake at 425°F for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (177°C) and bake for an additional 15-16 minutes.
- Cool the muffins in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
