Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the muffin pan with liners or nonstick spray.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter until well combined.
- 4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just blended, then fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- 5. Spoon the batter into the muffin liners and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
- 6. Allow the muffins to cool briefly in the pan before transferring them to a cooling rack.
