20-Minute Air Fryer Reuben

Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and dill pickles in a small bowl.
- Spread butter on one side of the bread and the sauce on the other.
- Place two slices of bread on a plate with the butter side down.
- Divide the corned beef between the slices of bread with sauce.
- Add a slice of cheese on top of the corned beef, followed by sauerkraut.
- Top with another slice of bread, butter side up, and secure with a skewer if desired.
- Repeat to make the second sandwich.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Cook the sandwiches for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown, flipping halfway through.
