20-Minute Air Fryer Reuben

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 dill pickles finely chopped

Sandwich

  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ pound sliced corned beef
  • ¾ cup sauerkraut
  • 3 ounces sliced Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and dill pickles in a small bowl.
  2. Spread butter on one side of the bread and the sauce on the other.
  3. Place two slices of bread on a plate with the butter side down.
  4. Divide the corned beef between the slices of bread with sauce.
  5. Add a slice of cheese on top of the corned beef, followed by sauerkraut.
  6. Top with another slice of bread, butter side up, and secure with a skewer if desired.
  7. Repeat to make the second sandwich.
  8. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  9. Cook the sandwiches for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown, flipping halfway through.
