Pasta with Cauliflower

Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- Steam or boil the cauliflower until tender and set aside.
- Toast the breadcrumbs in a small frying pan with ½ teaspoon of olive oil and set aside.
- In a large frying pan, sauté anchovies in the remaining olive oil until they dissolve.
- Add the chopped onions and cook until golden.
- Mix in the steamed cauliflower.
- Toss the pasta with parsley, cheese, cauliflower, and reserved pasta water, adjusting consistency as needed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the pasta among plates, top with toasted breadcrumbs, and serve.
