Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add the water to the dry mixture and stir until a pancake-batter-like consistency is achieved, adding more water if necessary.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients until well combined, but do not overmix.
- Using a ¼ cup measure, fill each muffin tin with the mixture.
- Bake for around 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before taking them out of the tins.
- Serve with black salt, hot sauce, and fresh avocado if desired.
