Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the egg, water, milk, and remaining ingredients to the dry mix.
- Beat the mixture until smooth, leaving the dried fruit mix intact.
- Coat a muffin pan with cooking spray or oil.
- Scoop the batter into each muffin cup.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the center of the muffins is fully cooked.
