Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground flaxseed, gluten-free flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt.
- Add the melted coconut oil, eggs, and almond milk to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
