Instructions
- 1. Combine almond flour, flax meal, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- 2. Blend dates, eggs, olive oil, and water in a Vitamix until smooth.
- 3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, then stir in sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
- 4. Spoon the batter into a lined muffin pan.
- 5. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- 6. Cool and serve.
