Gluten Free Banana, Date and Walnut Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond meal, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a food processor, blend the dates, bananas, eggs, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
- Add the wet mixture from the food processor to the dry mixture in the bowl and combine thoroughly.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Spoon the mixture into paper-lined muffin tins.
- Top with chia seeds and banana slices if desired.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
