Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • ¼ cup chestnut flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 cup walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan for 12 muffins.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas and add the wet ingredients.
  3. Mix in the dry ingredients until well combined.
  4. Use an ice cream scoop to fill the muffin cups.
  5. Bake for about 22 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool and enjoy!
