Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan for 12 muffins.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas and add the wet ingredients.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Use an ice cream scoop to fill the muffin cups.
- Bake for about 22 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
