Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Grease the muffin tin liners with coconut oil spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas and whisk in the melted oil or butter, brown sugar, egg replacement, vanilla, and almond milk.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients, stirring until well mixed.
- Dollop the batter into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 5 minutes at 425°F, then reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
