Instructions
- Crumble the Lotus Biscoff cookies and set aside.
- In a blender, combine Vanilla Ice Cream, crumbled Biscoff Cookies, Vanilla Extract, Ground Nutmeg, Coconut Milk, Bourbon Cream Liqueur, and White Rum; blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a drinking glass, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle a few crumbles of cookies on top.
