Ingredients

The milkshake

  • 5 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 12 pieces Lotus Biscoff Cookies
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tbsp Ground Nutmeg
  • cup Coconut Milk
  • 4 oz. Bourbon Cream Liqueur
  • 2 oz. White Rum

Toppings

  • to taste Whipped Cream Topping

Instructions

  1. Crumble the Lotus Biscoff cookies and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine Vanilla Ice Cream, crumbled Biscoff Cookies, Vanilla Extract, Ground Nutmeg, Coconut Milk, Bourbon Cream Liqueur, and White Rum; blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a drinking glass, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle a few crumbles of cookies on top.
