Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • pinch kosher salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. 1. Cream together Biscoff spread and sugar until combined.
  2. 2. Stir in salt and vanilla.
  3. 3. Gradually add in half and half and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and process until thick, about 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze until ready to serve.
