Sesame Dressing

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly minced
  • a pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a small pan over medium/high heat and add olive oil and sesame oil.
  2. 2. When the oil is fragrant, add garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Turn the heat to low and let it simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  5. 5. Once cooled, place the garlic and oil mixture into a mason jar along with the other dressing ingredients.
  6. 6. Cover the jar and shake until all ingredients are combined.
