Instructions
- Toast the sesame seeds in a skillet over medium-low heat until golden, if using.
- Combine sesame oil, tamari, lime juice, ginger, garlic, mustard, and optional red pepper flakes and sesame seeds in a bowl.
- Whisk the mixture until well blended and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Let the dressing sit for at least 20 minutes for better flavor, then store in the refrigerator.
