Skirt Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

Instructions
- Chop the parsley, cilantro, oregano, and garlic.
- Combine the chopped ingredients in a food processor with vinegar, lime juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, then pulse to mix and gradually add olive oil until smooth.
- Transfer the chimichurri to a bowl and set aside.
- Season both sides of the skirt steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the steak slices topped with chimichurri sauce.
