Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until almost tender.
- Add the green beans to the pot and cook until bright and tender.
- Drain the potatoes and green beans and return them to the pot.
- Mix in garlic, basil, pine nuts, olive oil, salt, and pepper thoroughly.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
- Serve on plates and enjoy.
