Potato and Green Bean Salad

Instructions
- 1. Cook the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.
- 2. In a second pot, boil the green beans until tender, about 6 to 7 minutes, then drain and cool under cold water.
- 3. Once the potatoes are done, drain them.
- 4. In a large bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Add the potatoes, green beans, scallions, and olives to the bowl and mix well.
- 6. Serve the salad at room temperature.
