Buffalo Chicken Roulades

Frank’s Red Hot or similar hot sauce

corn flakes cereal (crushed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pound the chicken breasts to a ¼ inch thickness and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle blue cheese on each breast and roll them up, securing with toothpicks.
- Mix hot sauce and sour cream in a bowl.
- Brush the chicken rolls with the hot sauce mixture and coat with crushed corn flakes.
- Place the rolls seam side down in the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
